We are engaged in the manufacturing, exporting and supplying of Concrete Repair Products (CRP EcoCure). The Concrete Repair Product (CRP EcoCure) is a type-2 environmental liquid membrane compound manufactured for use on concrete Road and Highway Construction. The Concrete Repair Product (CRP EcoCure) is the first of its kind and a unique curing compound that does not contain Hydrocarbons like Resins and Mineral Spirits. The Concrete Repair Product (CRP EcoCure) has been proven to have better performance than the traditional Hydrocarbon based curing compounds. The Concrete Repair Product (CRP EcoCure) meets ASTMC309 requirements and is great for roads and bridges. It can be used for indoor or outdoor application, but never on colored concrete. Benefits

  • Uses : CRP ECOCURE was formulated specifically for State, Federal and Municipal highway and airport paving projects but can be used anywhere that requires moisture retention of the concrete. Surface Application : Apply CRP ECOCURE to the concrete as soon as the bleed water has gone and the new concrete has hardened sufficiently so as not to be marked by the application process. Apply CRP ECOCURE undiluted at a rate of 1 litre per 5 m2. Best applied by spray, however, may also be applied by brush, roller or broom. If settling of product occurs mix gently prior to use. After 28 days CRP ECOCURE oxidises and turns to dust. The dust residue can then be swept, washed or vacuumed off to leave a surface suitable for after trades. This dust does not have any adverse health or environmental issues. Typical Properties and Application Data
