main composition:
compound of low viscous mineral oil, nonionicanionic surfactants and special additives.

appearance: colorless to slight yellowish transparent viscous liquid
emulsifiability (1% aqueous solution) white emulsion
properties and features:
1.low surface tension with excellent penetration and spreading, can be absorbed by filament quickly and evenly, it is easy to control filament oil content.
2.good bundle-collection, making single threads well-assembled together.
3.good glidingproperty, high oil film strength, can minimum friction force, effectively avoiding filling and breaking during process.
4.excellent property of anti-static, can avoid giving birth to static during unwinding and weaving process
5.easy to be emulsified and cleaned up before dyeing to avoid affecting dyeing and finishing.
6.low volatility, good and anti-cohesion. Not ready yellowing when stored in room.
7.excellent properties of low oil splashing, preventing oil dropping and oil mist thus to maintain the cleanness of dty machine and ambience.
application:
suitable for filament oiling of dty machine with process speed above 700mmin and all kinds of draw and texturing yarn , draw and textured interlaced yarn and colored yarn. Can well-satisfied requirement in subsequent processes.
application process:
can be used directly, no additives are needed, added to filament by lick roller or nozzle. Perfect oil content is available through adjusting.
packing & storage:
170kg in one iron drum, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
notes:
1.products should avoid suffer too high temperature in summer and too low temperature in winter.
2.do not mix with water and exposed under burning sun.
3.in order to achieve normal effect remember to use diaphragm-pump.
