Magal Tech offers fractured split con rods to European engineering specification from the manufacturing facility located in Chennai India with both Hot Forged and Sintered Forgings.

Magal Tech manufacture con rods using a Automated, semi-automated and manual transfer machining and assembly line that are able to machine and finish both powder metal, sintered and Forged steel con rods with a capacity of 3.6 Million con rods per annum. Additional to the machining and assembly stations the Magal facility includes a diamond honing stations and Conrod Grading facility ,end of line measurement benches, and laser marking capability for the Product Characteristics.

Magal Tech is a world class accredited Tier 1 OE supplier of Finished Con rods to the Automotive Vehicle and Powertrain Manufacturers such as Sangyang Motors , Korea , Ford-India and Mahindra & Mahindra India.

Magal Tech is a subsidiary of Magal Engg, UK and has access to the latest design & manufacturing technology of Thermostats from both Magal AWT (formerly known as Western Thomson, UK) and Dauphinoise Thomson, France.

Magal Tech has the Design/ Engg team in house and developing Temperature Controlling solutions by developing designs for all new and existing projects of customers in India.

Magal Tech Customers for Thermostats include: M&M, TATA, Ashok Leyland , TATA Cummins Simpson, Mecaplast (Tier 1 of Renault ), Greaves, Kirloskar Oil Engines, Nissan Ashok Leyland , Escorts , and CNH.
