STATIONARY TYPE CONVEYORISED SEMI AUTOMATIC BLOCK MAKING MACHINE WITH DOWN CONVEYOR

This Machine is specially made with Hopper with Feeder and has the following functions:
The Machine will work as :
First of all, mix the raw material like cement, grid, sand and it will flow to the conveyor. Through the conveyor, it will come to the hopper and from the hopper, it will fill to the mould and functioning the push button. Initially, the vibrator will start setting the material properly and again the feeder will level up and then hydraulic will work 3 to 4 times and it will be ready for taking out the blocks. The entire process will take about 45 to 50 sec. The blocks is ready and it will come to the down conveyor. When the down conveyor gear box starts working, the blocks will come to end of the down conveyor and then can take the block by hand or by forklift etc.
