1. Aggregate feed bins : multiple bins to storage 2-4 size virgin aggregate ,
variable speed feeder conveyors control and regulate the flow amount of cold feed ,
optional vibration motors are installed on the wall of sand bin .
2. Bitumen supply system: insulated bitumen tank keep the liquid or emulsion bitumen ,
pump station together combined with the pump ,
3. Drying & mixing drum : drying and mixing drum is the core components for stationary
and mobile asphalt drum mix plant, the cold aggregate go through the drum by the gravity ,
the moisture is removed and the aggregated is heated ,heated aggregate combined with the bitumen ,
filler are mixing in the same drums , thermocouple included to control the hot mix asphalt t
