Uni-Mech Fluid Bed Dryer is designed for rapid and uniform drying granular, crystalline, coarse or similar materials in pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, dyes, food & allied industries.

Fresh air passes through a filter and is heated in a Heating Chamber creating fluidization in product container using diffuser plates and sieve. Fluid Bed Dryer contains explosion flap and pressure relief valve for the safety, in case of excess pressure generation.

MOC: Mild Steel, diffrent grades of Stainless Steel and even cGMP/Non-GMP model is available.

Operated by: Steam, Electrical heater, Thermic oil or hot air.

Performance :

Suitable for Water / Solvent removable at low temperature.
Continuous process.
Temperature: upto135°C
Application : Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, Food products.
