Continuous Grain Dryer

We are offering heat recovery continuous grain dryer.
the drying column is formed by a loading hopper and a number of modules with internal conical ducts immersed in the grain, which descends by gravitational by way of gravity in a zigzag movement. The grain is hit by a counter current of hot air in the upper part and a flow of air from the outside environment in the lower part (cooling). This then exits, a part of which is released back into the atmosphere and part of which is recycled. The quantity of grain released is pre-determined and regulated by a pneumatic extractor. The product is then collected in an unloading hopper.
