Continuous Vertical Conveyors

Continuous vertical lift conveyors are used to transport unit loads between two levels with speed and care. Whether loads are packaged or unpackaged, soft or rigid, of equal sizes or varied in size, NERAK’s Continuous vertical conveyors deliver reliable high performance.
NERAK custom designs continuous vertical lift conveyors, in either S or C configurations, to meet each customer’s special needs. NERAK’s S-conveyors are much more space-efficient than incline conveyors or spiral conveyor systems and can be used for either upward, downward, or both to transport up to 50 items per minute
Like S-conveyors, C-conveyors can be used for transport in either direction but have feed and discharge on the same side.
Photoelectric sensors control smooth feed and discharge of goods to and from the conveyor platforms.
