System Power Gear’s custom control panel shop occupies a 5000 sq.ft. of individual office, fabricating & painting area with oven painting facilities, assembling and testing of panels.

We have tested our panel in CPRI for 50 KA Short Circuit test, with temperature rise test as per IS 8623/Per No.1-1993. We have ample work space to handle large jobs. System Power Gear in-house sheet metal shop provides customers shorter lead times and greater flexibility for customized fabrication. Panel Shop equipment includes CNC punch press, brakes, shear, and (4) complete welding stations. System Power Gear fabrication shop produces over 1,000
