Control Drilling Fluids Mud Agitator

The TR Mud Agitator is relatively low shear and low energy device, so it�s easy to operate and inexpensive to maintain. This will ensure that mud additives are homogeneously mixed to prevent dead spots. Agitators will keep the active mud system flowing even when the pumps are disengaged and keep the weighting agents in suspension.
Mud agitators are used to mix water and bentonite powder and cement powder with water. The mixing principle is done either by impeller or by venturi throttle, in both cases the aim is to generate enough shear to end up in a colloidal.
