SAFETY FEATURES 
ISO 9001 standard High Pressure Quick Coupling Fittings and Polyurethane Tubings - from reputed Multinational Company FESTO, LEGRIS and SMC. Tamper Resistant Regulators to prevent unauthorised pressure adjustment. Stainless Steel 316 and PTFE Teflon reinforced diaphragms are used for optimum safety. Flash back Arrestor protects equipment from the transmission of a flame in the supply line. All Matel Components are as per standard specification to be use with OXYGEN, N2O etc. Non Return High Pressure Valves are used to prevent any kind of gas contamination. Integral 4.5 Kg. Line Pressure Regulator used for stable line pressure during cylinder bank changeover. Blow Off Valve used as a safety percussion to prevent any increase in supply line pressure. Separate Colour Bright Visual Indicator are used to indicate the Cylinder Bank Status. On Line Pressure Gauge provided for Analog Type Pressure Display. Power Rating 230 V AC, 5 A ( properly earthed) with power supply indicator. All components and wiring done according to IS specification. Special care has taken for INSULATING the complete wiring. All pipes, tubes, valves, equipments, instrument etc coming in direct contact with Oxygen Gas are degreased.
