The cadco oven xaf-193 full size convection oven holds four full size sheet pans. The cadco commercial convection oven can also handle steam pans. The xaf-193 commercial convection oven is one convection appliance you cannot live without. Cadco ovens are designed to accommodate modular stacking for a custom configuration. These ovens have double walled safety glass doors and are made of heavy duty stainless steel.
