We offer conventional castables
designed ready mixed castable made from a high purity calcium aluminate binder and selected hard burnt dense refractory grog. The refractory castables are hydraulic setting and can be cast or moulded to any shape and also mixed for gunning of furnace lining.
this castable comes in packing of 50 kg bags with polythene liners. The standard castable is well graded up to 5 mm size and are packed dry for site mixing with recommended quantity of water. Water content for rodding or vibrating should be 12 % to 15 % by weight of the castable to obtain workable consistency.
