mascot conveyors are simple, rugged, interacting machines that move high volumes of bulk material reliably and economically. In addition to the accurate control of flow, mascot combines metal detector to monitor the conveyor product for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Upon detection a timed output activates either a flip gate or extension plate located at the end of the conveyor to remove the contaminated product from the normal flow of product.

ultra search metal detectors are frequently supplied alongwith conveyor, food grade belt and appropriate automatic reject mechanism.  optional belt stop with audio / visual alarm.
following reject options are available (electrical or pneumatic),

ø       the conveyor will be made to suit all the required conditions of metal detector.
ø       structure: as per your application’s requirement.
ø       belt: width & length as per your application’s requirement.
ø       speed of belt: 0.2 mtr / sec. Or matching to your existing conveyor.
ø       adequate metal free zone will be provided.
ø       crompton motor 3 phase1 hp, elicon gearbox and siemens starter will be provided.
