Application : The DRJL series Conveyor belt splicing press also called conveyor belt vulcanizer is mainly applied to industries for splicing and repairing for conveyor belts such as metallurgy, mine, power plant, port, dock, construction material cement, chemical industry, and food automatic line field.

• Splicing width for conveyor belt : from 650MM upto 4200MM

• Fast Cooling time : 5 minutes down to 70 degrees
• Time for temperature raise normally need 20 minutes
• Vulcanizing pressure : 1.8MPa or by your request
• Time of heat preservation for vulcanizing could be adjusted according to thickness of the rubber belts
