Aluminum Pressure Belt Conveyors

The system features two synchronized conveyor belts – one on the bottom (drive belt) and one on the top (pressure belt) – that apply uniform gripping force to the product. The frame is typically made of aluminum or powder-coated steel, with adjustable belt tension and tracking systems. Motorized with variable speed drives, these conveyors allow precise control of product flow. The belts are made from anti-static, wear-resistant PU or PVC material suitable for delicate items. Standard widths range from 200 mm to 1200 mm, and lengths are customizable. Additional components may include side guides, sensors, pneumatic lifts, or automated diverters for integration into production lines.
