Cool Roof Solar Reflective Water Repellent Coating

Description 

Cool Roofs an innovative, two component acrylic based Elastomeric Solar Reflective, & Water Repellent Coating. The active chemical components (including imported UV protecting chemicals) in Cool Roof yield a flexible water repellant coating and it minimizes the thermal build up. Cool Roofacts like a shield to prevent Roof expansion and contraction besides reducing the chance of Roof Leakage and lasts long and is formulated by as after thorough research and field testing. 

Cool Roof is a mixture of high grade acrylic copolymer as binder. and specially graded chemicals and selected additives. It dries by evaporation to yield a tough, flexible, non yellowing and water repellent surface. It can be applied as Top Coat as well as Base Coats on all surfaces such as Concrete, Asbestos, Tiles, Galvalum, Aluzinc and direct coating on Masonry Walls. 

Areas of Application : Building roofs / terraces — Flat & Sloping and Exterior Walls made of Cementitious materials, Concrete, Asbestos, Tiles, Galvalum, Aluzinc etc. 

Method of Application 

SURFACE PREPARATION 

Surface Preparation: On Concrete Roof or ordinary walls, surface must be free from dust, loose material, paint, oil, or any material which may impair adhesion. Mechanical means such as wire brushing can be used. Finally vacuum cleaning of all loose solids and liquids can be done if required. All surface cracks should be made wide at the surface and wet the surface of the crack with hardener by paint brush before applying Crack Sealant in a thick paste form. Apply Cool Roof -3Coats after proper mixing and dilution with water by brush at an interval of 2-3 hours between each coat. Allow the coated surface to air cure for 3 days 

MAINTENANCE & RECOATING : OF Cool Roof Over a period of time or some years,of Cool Roof on exposure to weathering or extreme temperature variations, it is extremely easy to re-coat over it again, only one coat of application of Cool Roof is enough to extend the life for another couple of years 

POST APPLICATION MAINTENANCE : Clean the surface once in a month with water; Do not Dump any materials on the surface 

Precautions & Limitations  : All corners, gaps, joints, protrusions & outlets shall be coated with two extra coats. Do not apply during rains; substrate must be in SSD condition for application of Cool Roof Coat. The product is designed only for foot traffic and not vehicular or movement of machinery or equipment. Do not apply Cool Roof over expansion or moving joints To achieve the full proof waterproofing, parapet walls should be covered with Cool Roof Never Over dilute Cool Roof with water for ease of application 

Health & Safety Precautions Skin Contact: Wash skin with soap & water. remove contaminated clothes. On eye contact: immediately splash eyes with plenty of water. Consult Physician if irritation persists. Ingestion: not induce vomiting. never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Call a Physician.
