The objective of providing a cooling conveyor is to cool the biscuits received at a high temperature from the oven to the ambient room temperature. The length of the cooling conveyor varies in accordance to the length of the baking oven. Two deck and four deck cooling conveyors are manufactured in accordance to the layout of the respective plants. Pneumatic tracking and tensioning arrangements enhance the performance of the working of the cooling conveyors.
