Cooling Tunnels

The State of Arts Cooling Tunnels fully stainless steel with proper PUF insulation with only 2 to 3% infiltration. They are so designed to keep the loses minimum, so the refrigeration tonnage is low and the RH is maintain in the region of 50 Degree and not exceeding 55 degree. The belt is of endless PU material with belt trackers and oil lubricator.

We have the provision making whole line upto 200 fts. (60 Mtrs.)
As a salient feature, we provide refrigerated chiller bed below the conveyor belt, so that the material is cooled faster with the result the length of the cooling tunnel can be reduced with the result the length of the cooling tunnel can be reduced with the same performance, if the factory length is the constrain.
