Copper clad aluminum cable lug is a revolutionary substitute for the traditional copper and aluminum cable lugs with welded copper and aluminum bimetal. It is made from horizontal continuous casting copper clad aluminum round bars. Copper purity is higher than 99.9%.

Instead of the traditional mechanical jointing or welding, the copper clad aluminum is metallurgical jointing, which is much stronger and cannot be peeled or separated by force. Oxidization between the two metals does not happen due to metallurgical jointing structure, there is no gap or micro pores in between.
