A clay pot is fitted in copper/brass square tank with iron body inside. The tandoor is provided with 4 handles for loading and unloading along with a provision for ash outlet.The space between clay pot and copper/brass tank is duly insulated with glass wool, ceramic powder and rock salt for maintaining heat in tandoor. The tandoor is accompanied by 4 castors under the bottom for better mobility of tandoor.The top of tandoor is of stainless steel.
