Copper Rod Continuous Casting Rolling Machine

We are offering copper rod continuous casting and rolling line.
This line is designed to produce �8mm low oxygen and bright copper rods by means of continuous casting and rolling. The raw material is cathode copper or red copper scraps. This line is composed of one or two 6-100 ton stationary reverberatory furnace(s), five-wheel casting machine, pulling machine, rolling shearer, straightener & angle shaver, cast bar brushing machine, rolling machine, bright rod orbital coiler, electrical control system, etc. The 12th melting shaft furnace and 12t holding furnace are provided when copper cathode are used.
