Our company has accumulated nearly 28 years’ experiences in developing and manufacturing all kinds of drill bits and core bits. At present, our company can manufacture all kinds of high-effect drill bits and core bits suitable for all kinds of formation. Strict quality control measures are adopted in all manufacturing procedures, which ensure that each drill bit and core bit has reliable quality and is satisfied by our clients.
At present, according to different conditions, four series of drill bits and core bits with matrix body has been developed.
◆using tungsten carbide as cutting elements to achieve high penetration rate in soft formation.
◆using pdc as cutting elements, pc serial bits are adapted for soft and medium hard formation.
◆using tsp as cutting elements, tc serial bits are adapted for medium hard and hard formation.
◆using natural diamond as cutting elements, nc serial bits are adapted for hard and abrasive formation.
◆impregnated diamond drill bits are adapted for ultra-hard and high abrasive formation such as tuff, granite etc.
All our drill bits and core bits have api certificates.
