1.Without paste fork negative pressure and inner vacuum type,both ip and down corrugated rollers adopt high quality Cr-Mo alloy steel after heat treatment to improve the hardness.
2.Corrugated roller diameter is big and small roller design,corrugated rollers and both ends bearing seats can hang together,it is easy to change roller and decrease repairing time.
3.Adopt hydraulic spin to replace corrugated rollers,it does not need to cut surfacer paper when replace corrugated rollers.
4.Glue roller and even glue roller are one unit with oil pressure adjust,it lead by rail and can slide out,so it is easy maintenance.The electric adjustment for glue area with core paper spray device.
5.Gaps of glue roller and down corrugated rooler,pressure roller and down corrugated roller adopt motor synchronous control with mechanical protective device.
6.Glue thickness adopt micro computer and manul control,it can input parameter through touch screen at the micro computer mode according to different speed,paper quality and other factors,the PLC will automatic adjust glue thickness and improve the paperboard quality.
7.Independent gear box drive with three output shaft ,cardon joint transmission design,gear material adopt high quality alloy steel after heat treatment to improve hardness,it adopts helical gear design,gear surface adopts grinding process,the main motor adopt high
