Derived from the cotton plant, cotton fibre are soft and fluffy and serve as the raw source for the majority of textiles across the globe. The cotton fibre is produced through separation of cotton from the cotton seed with the help of ginning process. Subsequently, these cotton fibres are pressed mechanically in the form of bales weighing 160-170 kg each. We, at JD and Company, procure cotton bales from top notch ginners of Saurashtra, Kutch and Gujarat region.
