Fibre contamination removal is carried out at the blow room stage by 'vision shield' from rieter and 'lobtex' from crosrol. Yarns are then spun in combinations of spinning machinery like 'reiter' 'trutzschler' 'toyota' and 'crosrol' lines. High speed cards and combers ensure best quality yarns satisfying 'uster 5%' level of quality. Finished yarns are electronically cleared by automatic winders like 'schlaforst autoconers' and 'murata' yarns are conditioned before packing by conditioning equipments like 'xorella' of switzerland. Yarns made of cotton are very comfortable, strong and sweat absorbent in nature.
