CQ magnetic pump (also known as magnetic driving pump) is mainly composed of pump head, magnetic driver (magnetic cylinder), motor, baseplate and other parts. Magnetic driver is composed of external magnetic rotor, internal magnetic rotor and non - magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the external magnetic rotor to rotate through the coupling, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and the non-magnetic material isolation sleeve, drive the internal magnetic rotor connected with the impeller to make synchronous rotation, and realize the non-contact synchronous transmission of power, and transform the dynamic sealing structure which is easy to leak into the static sealing structure which is zero leakage. Because the pump shaft and internal magnetic rotor are completely closed by the pump body and isolation sleeve, the problem of "run, run, drop and leak" is completely solved
Application field
CQ magnetic pump is used for medium temperature is -20℃ ~ 105℃, suitable for chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber industries. The pump is used to transport a variety of corrosive liquids in not allowed to pollute occasion.
Advantages:
The shaft seal is removed, and the indirect drive is driven by magnetic coupling, which completely eliminates the worry of dripping and never contaminates the site.
