All our products are made in small batches at our FSSAI licensed manufacturing facility in Coimbatore, India. Our goal is to provide earth-friendly sustainable foods in a contemporary format which makes it accessible for people with differing tastes.
Millets such as Ragi, Jowar and Bajra which are used in our muesli are highly sustainable crops which have little or no environmental impact and consume very little natural resources. In addition to being non GMO products, they are drought resistant, pest resistant and nutritious. Palm jaggery, which is tapped from the palmyra palm is not processed like white sugar. In addition to its caramel like sweetness, it has a very low glycemic index and does not cause an insulin spike like white sugar.
Millets and Palm Jaggery are normally grown and harvested by small farmers. Consuming these products is a contributing step towards developing a sustainable agricultural system. These crops are usually rain fed and require no water, fertilisers, pesticides etc.
