Cream Paste Filling Machine

The machines consists of the body which houses a motor, reduction gear box, a stainless steel metering cylinder, a quick acting non return valve or 3 way quick acting valve and hopper. The machine is piston operated in which piston moves up and down and hopper remains stable. The volume is adjusted with the help of micro adjustment block.

During operation the piston draws cream/paste from hopper and discharges it into empty container/tube. The machine is suitable for smooth cream, high viscosity, crystal material like Chawanprash, Pickle, Face Scrab, Jam, Hair Gel, Ointment, etc.
