We have the facility of making customized Round Toroidal Cores based on the specifications provided by the customer pertaining to the inside and outside diameter and width of the strip in mm. About Round Toroidal Cores :

• Round Toroidal Cores are wound from cold rolled grain oriented (CRGO) silicon steel strips ranging from 10 mm to 100 mm single slit
• Toroidal cores are wound by automatic core winding machine
• Annealed in high vacuum furnace under protection of nitrogen atmosphere or in continuous tunnel furnace for 18 to 24 hours (at 800° C)
• Designed with CRGO grades as required by customer, duly wound and annealed in inert atmosphere
• Guaranteed No load current (AT /Cm) as per B-H Curve of particular grade
• 100% testing done on all Toroidal Cores at flux densities
• Testing for electrical values and issue of test certificates Painting or impregnation (if required)
