Crimped Wire increases wire column strength and support of adjacent wires; thus improving brush effectiveness. Sizes can range from 0.0030" to 0.0625" in various end counds or bundle sizes. Stainless Steel Products offers amplitudes and crimp frequencies as specified by our customers or with samples provided. In addition, we have our own standard crimp specifications for various wire diameters. Materials can include hard drawn steel, oil tempered steel, brass plated steel, stainless steel, brass, phoshur bronze, and more.
