This economical Equipment is used for testing the transference of color from the surface of small print to another surface by either wet or dry rubbing. The textile material can be any textile in the form of Textile Fiber, Fabric & Textile floor covering Specimens are rubbed with dry, standard cotton cloth (Crocking cloth) and again, with wet cloth. The staining of the crocking cloths is assessed with a Grey Scale.

Paramount Crockmeter i9 ( Rotary) main unit is made of mild steel with a reciprocating arm & 16 mm finger. An 11.1 N load is exerted on the finger to meet the specification of American buyers. The rotary vertical Rotary crockMETER i2™ provides a reciprocating rotary motion to the test finger and a selected pressure on the test finger. Metal finger clip is supplied with the equipment for proper gripping of the crock square. The crocking base is provided with emery paper. The equipment is finished in metallic blue paint
