1.brief introduction of the refining workshop:
hydration degumming: also named dephosphorization deacidifying. under 70-80℃, the addition of phosphate transfer nonhydratable phospholipid to hydrated phospholipid. it occurs acid-base neutralization reaction with sodium hydroxide making the acid value decrease in oil, after stirring by speed reducer, impurities and phospholipids rapid separation and precipitation which will enter into soap stock. the oil after removal of soap then to wash. thoroughly remove the small amount of residual soap in the oil by the addition of hot water.
hydration degumming section:continuous decoloration :also named dehydration decoloring. it removes water from oil by vacuum. most of oil enter decolorization tower directly and small part mixing with bleaching earth enter decolorization tower. through the bleaching earth absorption to achieve the purpose of the decolorization of oil.
decolorization tower:vertical leaf filter machine: equipped with high-efficiency vertical leaf filter to remove used bleaching earth from the oil. two filters alternate running ensures its continuity. the closed operation keeps environment well. low laboring tense and no material losses.
vertical leaf filter:continuous deacidification and deodorization: under the vacuum condition and high temperature (250-260℃). the deodorization system can remove fatty acid and odor components high efficiently and makes oil good flavor. meanwhile, it has the advantage of lowering steam consumption and avoid of the hydrolyzation of oil.
