procedures are as follows:
a. Buyer send loi
b. Seller will reply with fco and soft probes after buyer confirm icpo and soft probes ( bcl) .
C. The buyer signs acceptance of fco.
D. Buyer swift bcl/ pre-advice for proof of funds
e. Upon verification of bcl/ pre-advice, seller sends draft contract.
F. The parties sign and seal the contract and exchange copies electronically. The electronically exchanged copies will be legally binding until the hard copies are exchanged.
G. Both buyer and seller signs hard copies of the contract.
H. Seller provides mill’ s commitment letter with certificate of origin, buyer verifies and issues
swift non-operative lc immediately.
I. Seller issues performance bond guarantee 2% to activate the sblc/ rdlc
j. Loading commences in accordance with the contract terms.
K. Seller shall not be responsible for any delays emanating from amla / fed reserve clearance.
