Cup Filling Machine

This is a vertical form, fill and seal machine for packing all types of free flow products. This machine shall make center seal pouches. This model is mainly designed to pack 100 gm to 1000 gm product packing. Maximum reel width can be used in this model is 450 mm open width with 76 mm core ID.
Variety of filling systems can be used in this model as suitable to products.
Pouch length is controlled by electromagnetic clutch brake and vector driven draw down pair of belts which is synchronized with PLC and print registration sensor.
Unprinted packing material can also be used i9n this machine
