Cup Grinding Wheels

We have developed special fine grit wheels for fine polishing on various materials before buffing. Our range of these wheels are in grits 320 to 1200 (FEPA standards). The watch case industry are the major user for these products.
Our range comprises of wheels for rough grinding, precision grinding, cutting of metal, ceramic, glass, stone or any other ferrous & non-ferrous material.
The most important part of the grinding wheel is the vitrified bond which join the grains. We use various types of bonds specially developed for each operation of grinding and manufacture wheel upto 300mm in diameter for centreless surface grinding and cylindrical grinding. Also for use on work pieces like drills, milling cutters, saws, gears etc. where cutting quality and low heat generation are specially important. We have developed special cool cutting bonds.
