A set of bottom and top cups are welded at intervals of 500 mm. These cups hold the ledgers firmly in place and are tightened by mildly stroking the top cup with a hammer. The vertical distance of the ledger positioning and the spacing of the verticals can be calculated after ascertaining the load on the system. Our design team will assist in this process.

The Horizontals/ledgers come in sizes from 1metre-2metres as per the requirement of the client .These are also made from 48mm OD (40 NB) tubes welded with ledger blades on either ends. The ledger blades seat in the bottom cup of verticals and are locked in position with the help of top cups.

Verticals/Standards are manufactured from 40NB tubes conforming to IS 1161 / 1239.Pair of top and bottom cups are provided at 500mm c/c, but cups a1 1000mm c/c are available on request. Verticals are available in standard sizes of 3.0m, 2.5m, 2.0m, 1.5m, 1.0m&0.5m

Horizontals/Ledgers are manufactured from 48.3mm OD scaffold tube conforming to IS 1161/ 1239 with forged end blades welded at both ends of tube and are available in lengths of 2.5m, 2.0m, 1.8m, 1.5m, 1.2m, and 1.0m.customized sizes are available on request.
