Curing champer technical parameters: 1.function：curing chamber is used for vulcanizing tyre in the process of tire retreading,is belonging to pressure vessel,through plus gas,develop tempreature up to rubber vulcanizing,and let the tread and tire combine closely,it has vacuum pump,pill out the vacuum from the inside of tire. 2.suitable for the wheel rim diameter: 15"-22.5'' 3.working pressure :0.8mpa 4.voltage :ac380v50hz 5.average cure time :3.5 hours(include gas enter and out time) 6.pressure vessel need inspection of quality supervision bureau and quarantine for the record, otherwise there will be security risks. Standard configuration function description: 1.automatic door and three triplock for safty. 2. 2 pcs tyres backup space for expanding output. 3.pid system controls temperature, pressure, curing time. 4.automatic compensation function on temperature,automatic alarm, automatic timing. 5. Dpc automatic control system, control the press of inner tube ,outside envelope,and the boiler to realize the best vulcanizing effect. 6. Three kinds heating for selecting: electric heating, steam heating, oil heating. Standard one is electric heating, if select oil heating, extra add a conduction oil stove.
