Contact SupplierFor an application requiring relatively light thrust load and repeated cycles through a range of motion, the curved washer is an excellent choice. Where very little height is available, this type of washer is sometimes superior to a helical spring for maintaining tension on a cam action or similar application where a large deflection is required with a minimum change in load.
Curved washers should be chosen for large deflections and light loads and are often used to absorb axial end play.
Our broad experience with metal stamping enables us to offer the exact custom curved washer to meet your application requirements. Belleville, Slotted, Wave, Finger and Disc spring washers are also available in many materials and sizes. Our plants are third-party certified to AS9100, ISO9001 or TS16949 and ISO 14001 depending on the markets serviced.
