Custard Powder

As the name suggests, Custard Powder is the key ingredient in the making of custards. It has a variety of thickeners that help give the pudding its desired texture. One of the main thickeners used is corn starch as it dissolves almost immediately and leaves no residue behind. The powder available here also contains different flavorings of superior quality and the most favourite is vanilla. Custard Powder also has food coloring in it and is widely used in desserts.
