Imagine this, you are walking down the aisle of your grocery store, trying to decide on a new type of to bring home. If you are at a larger grocery store, there may be thousands of different brands to choose from. The competition to get your bottle to stand out in a retail store is extremely fierce, so it is essential that you have a bottle that grabs your customer's attention.
The greatest challenge that manufacturers face is the huge amount of competition they must constantly battle. For over 30 years, ZipTape Label ID Systems has been designing and printing bottle labels that stand-out in the crowd. We stock many different types of label materials to meet whatever needs you require for your bottle printing. For bottles specifically, you will probably need a label that can withstand a refrigerated environment and will most likely need to be a waterproof label that will not fall off if left in a cooler for long periods of time.
When designing your bottle labels, you have the option of creating a single label that wraps around the entire bottle, or a separate front and back label. There are advantages of both types, so it really comes down to your preference when making that decision. Many companies choose to use separate front and back labels because it allows them to make changes to the label a little bit easier and choose different information to go on each label. For example, many companies choose to put all of the nutritional and ingredient information on the back label and their logo and artwork on the front label. Because FDA requirements may change for the way nutritional information is listed on your labels, it allows the company to only have to make changes to the back label instead of the whole thing.
