Knight Manufacturing Co., Inc. vertical custom CNC milling capabilities can be applied to the wide range of metals and plastic polymers used in custom fixtures and tooling. To meet customer needs, Knight offers many secondary services, from passivation to welding. We typically work to +- .001" tolerances but upon request, we are able to meet tighter tolerances by leveraging our grinding capabilities.
As a specialty production shop, we can produce a single unit or several thousand pieces. We have the expertise and experience required to design and build as well as the flexibility needed to provide just-in-time (JIT), and support your production with Kanbans and our ship to stock program, plus rush and emergency services are always available.

Our experience, expertise and technical capabilities also allow us to work with many formats, such as DXF, Catia and Unigraphics. We comply with the standards of multiple agencies, including the most commonly recognized, such as the American National Standards Institute, American Society for Testing and Materials and International Organization for Standards (ISO) as well as the more specialized , for example, REACH and RoHS.
