Custom Crawler Sprockets

Cogmatic can build a custom, single piece or segmented, crawler sprocket with up to a 6″ face width. Our induction hardening process creates a case hardness to handle large loads when used in an undercarriage assembly. Furthermore, the flame machining process ensures accurate chain engagement and excellent wear resistance in our crawler sprockets. Component life expectancy is also extended through our flame machining process.
