Custom Dipstick

Handles
RB Royal provides unique custom solutions to fluid check points. Select from Ring or T-shaped handles of glass filled Nylon 66 in sizes ranging from 38-716” in openings. Standard in SAE Safety Yellow imprinted with an oil can or simply plain, additional colors and symbols are available on a custom basis. Each handle style is available to accept either flat blade or round wire style gauge sticks, and each is equipped with a black, Viton O-ring.
Dipstick Blades
Available in either Flat Blade or Round Wire Blade matched to the handle of your choice. Standards are: Flat Wire Blade are 0.187 x .035″ and made of pre-phosphated spring steel. Each is pin-stamped per customer design, notched or perforated as part of the gauging with a 90 degree end twist as well as an optional mid-twist to help the blade traverse down the tube properly
Round Wire Blades are 0.062″ in diameter and made of T302 stainless steel spring wire. Each has 0.125 x .028″ stainless steel tube flattened and welded onto the wire end to provide a 1.6″ long gauging area. As per the flat wire, each pin-stamp design is custom to customer requirements.
With the dipsticks of an RB Royal proprietary design it is preferred that they be offered with a custom mated dipstick tube, typically of 38″ or 78″ diameter at the tube end. Mounting brackets are attached as required, and all tubes are available with painted or plated finishes.
