These products are custom fabricated to your specifications, from Nema Grade G10 Epoxy. It has an extremely high mechanical strength, good dielectric loss properties, and good electric strength properties, both wet and dry. Certifies to Mil-I-2476827 GEE-F. *
Nema Grade G11 Epoxy is also available. This grade is similar to G10 with the addition of higher operating temperature and some improved mechanical strength at elevated temperatures. Certifies to Mil-I2476828 GEB-F.*
Also can be fabricated from Paper phenolic Nema Grade XPC & XX. It has good electric strength properties with fair mechanical strength. Certifies to Mil-I-24768 12 PBM, 11 PBG, 10 PBE.
Round Cases can also be fabricated from Epoxy filled and unfilled tubing.
Excellent resistance to chemical attack from both acid and alkaline material.
High flexural deformation temperatures (150 C -160 C).
SECONDARY OPERATIONS AVAILABLE: Drilling holes, slots, installation of terminal and Insert, center post and sanding.
