We have a team of professionals who use the shock absorbing characteristic of EPS and computer aided designing tools to design products for meeting specified drop heights and vibration loads . Our team can also provide 3D mock ups of the cushion to enable product visualization at customer end.
Our design team has been at the forefront of developing packaging for almost impossible to export products (very high breakage or rejection rates) like art and metal ware mirrors or sensitive glass brass chandeliers which could be exported for Fedex delivery distribution only because of suitable packaging design developed by our design team.
Another major customer difficulty we address is that of fast mold development. These packaging items being custom built are not available off the shelf. Focus on packaging at the last moment and the normal mold (made out of aluminum alloy casting) development time being 4 to 6 weeks, it becomes extremely difficult for customers to meet their deadlines. Our engineers have developed and systematized some challenges of mold making whereby they can provide our hard pressed customers with products within 1 to 2 weeks.
