Industrial Tool and Die Inc. specializes in close tolerance, complex, durable, and high-yield custom molds for plastic, rubber, and die cast component manufacturing. We create precise tools for repeatable high, medium, and low volume production runs.
Our skilled toolmakers can meet any print specification. Our cutting edge automated CNC machining centers and innovative tool designers yield high quality molds and provide our manufacturing based customers with the capability to produce precision parts for a wide variety of industries. Industrial Tool and Die serves industries including but not limited to Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Commercial, and the Electrical Connector industry.
Pairing GibbsCAM virtual programming with our CNC machines we can also offer solid surfacing for cutting the most intricate tool designs. The advantage to this method of creating complex surface molds and tools is that there is no interpretation of surface profiles from two-dimensional drawings. Likewise, the tool is correct the first time without additional design discussions required for clarification of inadequate surface blending specifications, or delays to verify assumptions made from 2-D engineering prints.
This direct to machining center programming yields a considerable decrease in prototype tooling time. Meanwhile, while the complexity of the surface remains irrelevant to our ability to produce superior quality tools in shorter lead times as compared with conventional mold making methods.
