PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING Grey Injection Molded Part We are a thermoplastic injection molding firm offering custom injection molding services for the manufacture of plastic products used in a broad range of industries, including aerospace, medical, telecommunication, lighting, and other industries. Our facility is equipped with ten injection molding machines, which range in tonnage from 40 tons to 400 tons of clamp force and have shot capacities ranging from 1.5 oz to 63 oz. We can perform all phases of the plastic injection process including part evaluation and tool design to production of plastic parts. We can assist our customers with material selection. We also work with qualified designers to help develop products from rough sketches. Another specialized service we offer is rapid prototyping of sample parts by using Stereolithography (SLA), Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM).With our custom injection molding capabilities, we can produce parts that range in size from 10 grams to 2 pounds in weight and up to 150 square inches in surface area. Low volume production runs as few as 100 parts can be handled too. Our molding services are offered in a wide variety of engineering and commodity materials, including ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), Nylon (Polyamide), PC (Polycarbonate), and several other materials.As part of our plastic injection molding services, we provide insert molding and over molding capabilities as well.
