Custom Shims

We produce custom shims and washers for all types of low and high volume as well as long run production requirements. Manufacturing compression, laminated, sheet, and tab types of shims is our specialty. An array of vertical machining centers, pedestal grinders, and high-speed lathes allows us to create elliptical, square, as well as slotted geometries. Intricate features can also be laser cut, stamped, or photo etched on parts. Flat, flush, flanged, and several other types of washers can be manufactured.
