Custom Stampings

Our custom-designed metal stampings are produced in a wide variety of shapes from a wide assortment of materials. Metal stampings can perform function beyond normal spring functions. A stamping may be required to conduct electricity, act as a latch, retain parts in position, serve as stops, hinges, connectors, braces, fasteners, etc.
This product line services the Transportation, Aerospace, Military and Missile, Automotive, Medical, Industrial, DurableCommercial Goods and Electronics markets.
For high volume parts, we utilize our extensive tool design capabilities to nest parts within a strip to minimize gross material content thus offering reduced pricing.
Our plants are third-party certified to AS9100, ISO9001 or TS16949 and ISO 14001 depending on the markets serviced.
How to Specify:
A blueprint or sketch is the best way to specify your custom stamping. Consultation with Associated Spring engineers early in the design stage will often result in considerable cost savings. Also, minor changes in part design can often facilitate manufacture on automatic machinery, as well as reduce tool costs.
